not wish to make payment online the following options are availiable. Payment also accepted: cheque, Postal order, bank
payment or contact our offices on 0843 289 3729 to make payment by credit/ debit card . Order the letters online and
at checkout click the prefered payment option, this will give you a reference number and record of your order .
When will my Letter be posted?
You will be given the option of selecting your own despatch date
What is the last date I can place an order?
The last
date for ordering your Santa letter is 20th December at 12 noon. We will still send after this date but you must
select Special Delivery Next day at checkout to guarantee delivery. (Extra charges apply for alternative shipping)
I am sending a letter to more than one child will they all have the
same wording?
No, we have different wording for each letter with the same recipient
address. You can choose your prefered wording.
Can
I send Santa letters to different addresses?
Yes you can, you enter an address for
each recipient.
Will the Santa letter(s) be addressed from
the North Pole?
All Santa letters have our December 25th North
Pole 2012- post mark along with a Christmas postage stamp and are sent in a Christmas Themed envelope
